Vintage French Designer Andree Bazot Modernist Blue Enamel Earrings
Vintage Andree Bazot Modernist Blue Enamel Climber Clip-on Earrings | Abstract Egyptian Eye Design | Jewelry Lover Gift
These vintage Modernist blue enamel clip-on climber earrings from French designer Andree Bazot from the 1960’s are a captivating blend of artistry and style. Reminiscent of an antique Egyptian eye, the abstract design features a striking blue glass raised enamel cabochon in a darker blue shade, accented by an elongated white shape. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, these earrings showcase the hallmark of Andree Bazot's work with the back enameled in a reddish-brown hue, a signature touch of the designer. Finished with the uncommon earring paddle, used in her earlier designs, they are signed 'Andre Bazot' at the back. The last "e" of Andree is missing and it looks like it happened quite often on smaller pieces. Those blue enamel on copper earrings reflect the timeless modern elegance of Bazot's creations.
In very good vintage condition, with a barely noticeable hairline crack in the enamel, these collectible earrings are a unique statement piece that would make a wonderful gift for any occasion. Elevate your style with these exquisite earrings and add a touch of vintage charm to any ensemble. A wonderful Mother's day gift idea!🎁
